This is a modern little cottage just a two minute walk from one of Jaywick
Sands' sandy beaches. It is located in a cul-de-sac on an unadopted, bumpy road. It is excellent for people,
and their pets, who love long walks and miles of award-winning sandy beaches.
Sandy Cottage is located in the same area as Beach Cottage and Seaside Cottage, at the far west of Clacton
on Sea and five minutes drive from the main Clacton resort area. It provides a value relaxing holiday with
fresh air and award-winning non-commercial beaches or alternatively a convenient base from which to explore.
Sandy Cottage can accommodate up to 4 people with one double bed
in a bedroom and a sofa bed in the lounge - a little larger than Seaside Cottage, it is the most suited out of the two to
accommodate 4 adults. Larger groups may choose to also book either Seaside Cottage (the closes) or Beach Cottage which are both a short stroll away.
*Some of the fittings, furniture and furnishings may have changed since these
pictures were taken but this will give you a good idea of the accommodation and equipment available during your stay. Consumables
not included. A detailed inventory will be provided to guests in advance of their holiday.

- Lounge with 2-seat sofa convertible to bed (sofa-bed). Note that the
sofa-bed is available to parties of 3 or 4 and bedding and linen are provided. The sofa-bed can be made available
to smaller parties at a cost of £10.
